United Ag Lending provides wholesale agricultural land loan options for 3 types of land:

  1. Raw, bare agricultural land that is undeveloped and doesn’t have access to water, a sewer system, or other utilities.
  2. Unimproved agricultural land that has access to some utilities.
  3. Improved agricultural land with access to all utilities.

This program is for clients who want to finance rural land to build on (add a barn or other type of structure for agricultural purposes), farm some sort of produce (plant, grain, flower, etc.), or raise farm animals. This loan is also an option for customers who want to own land for recreational purposes, like hunting and fishing.

Land Loan Highlights
